Product Description:
Our non-woven fabric polyester chip is a high-viscosity PET material designed specifically for the production of spunbond nonwoven fabrics. Unlike traditional textile production processes, nonwovens are created directly from fiber or polymer without the need for yarn spinning. PET chips are an essential raw material in this process.
This newly developed polymer is widely used in various industries, including medical treatment, home decoration, filtration materials, and insulating materials. The high-viscosity PET chips offer enhanced device performance and flexible polyester capacity, significantly improving the quality of non-woven products.

High Intrinsic Viscosity (IV):
The intrinsic viscosity of regular polyester chips typically ranges between 0.64-0.68 dl/g.
Our high-viscosity chips reach an IV of 0.71 dl/g, offering improved durability and product performance.

Ensures consistency and quality during the manufacturing process.
