On average in 10kg of premium civet coffee, we can only get around 1-2kg of peaberry civet coffee. This is what causes our peaberry civet coffee stock to be very limited, maybe only 10-15kg per month. In taste, Peaberry Civet Coffee has a thicker and more savory flavor. This happens because peaberry is a single type of seed. The purpose of this single seed is that in one coffee fruit there is only one coffee bean, whereas in one coffee there are two coffee beans facing each other.
