The ripened tomato is processed through a series of steps where they are washed, selected, crushed and blanched to deactivate the enzymes. The foreign content from the tomato paste like skin and seed is discarded and finally it passes through concentrating machines where the water content is removed through evaporation. With innovative methods, the flavor, color and richness of the fruit is retained. This process changes tomato paste or puree to concentrate. The processed tomato paste / tomato concentrate is then packed into large aseptic containers.
