Z Premium Cutting Oil,are used to reduce friction, through lubrication, which is a tribological phenomenon characteristic of machining processes, and occurs at the contact between workpiece and tool. Also, cutting works to remove the heat generated from the cutting zone through cooling.

Vzen Cutting Oil Soluble is premium quality soluble oil blended from refined mineral oil, emulsifier and other performance enhancer additives. It forms extremely stable milky emulsion of the Oil in Water type. This oil has exceptionally high emulsion stability even with extreme hard water (400 ppm) leading to excellent tool life and finish in all metal cutting operations, where cooling is more important than lubrication. It does not decompose chemically and leave objectionable odour, cause discoloration and staining.

Z Premium Soluble Cutting Oil,are formulated to offer a stable emulsion during prolonged usage. It prevents rusting of the work piece and machine tool beds. These are fortified with appropriate bacteriacides to give reasonably long life to the emulsion.

Z Premium Neat Cutting Oil are used in a variety of machining operations e.g. grinding, turning, milling, broaching, drilling, tapping, gear cutting etc. primarily to provide cooling and lubrication which lead to good tool life and appropriate surface finish of the components being machined.
