SizeMagikTM-LP4 - LOW PICK UP ONE-SHOT PRODUCT
DESCRIPTION An unique copolymer sizing agent for cotton compact yarn. Special product for air jet loom. Heavy fabric constructions are easier to weave at low-size add-ons using SizeMagik-LP4. The low add-on also permits greater protection on high-speed looms expensive reeds and sensitive mechanical parts life.

3. Viscosity of 4% solution: 10 to 30 cPs

5. Bulk density (gm/ml) : 0.65 to 0.85
COOKING METHOD
1. Fill the required quantity of water in the cooker.
2. Gradually sprinkle SizeMagikTM-LP4.
3. Add the required quantity of softener.
4. Close the pressure cooker lid.
5. Open the steam value and cook to @ 120�¯�¿�½?�?�ºC or 35psi.
6. Retain in the cooker for 15 to 20 minutes.
7. Then transfer the size mix to storage.
ECONIMICAL ADVANTAGES
Yarn abrasion resistance is an important factor affecting weave ability. The friction between the warp to warp and warp to the weft is important in determining the weaving quality. Another important abrasion point in the loom is mechanical parts (Reed, Dropper pin, Heald wire, Weft picking element).
