Application Method:
1. The antirust paper shall contact the articles for antirust as closely as possible, without any barriers between them.
2. Before being packed, the surfaces of the articles for antirust shall remain clean and dry without impurities on them.
3. In case the surfaces of the articles for antirust are regular in their shape, the articles can be completely covered individually with the VCI paper (the utilization area of VCI paper shall be about the same as the surface area of the article) and then their joints shall be sealed. VCI paper can also be used as inner lining or interlayer packing paper in a sealed packaging unit (container, plastic bag, etc.).
4. Operate with clean gloves, and do not contact the articles for antirust with naked hands.

Application Method:
1. Weigh and take respectively the resin and new PE granules according to the established formulation proportion, then mix them evenly and feed them for film blowing production
2. Set the temperatures for the fusion range and mould head range of a blow molding machine according to the requirements, otherwise they will have effects on the quality of VCI film.
3. If it is necessary to produce colored VCI film, control the addition amount of the colored resin granules in the range of the established proportion and its PH value shall be neutral.
4. Seal again the original packaging in time after taking the resin granules to avoid its being affected with damp.

Application Method:
1. Clean and dry the surfaces of the articles for antirust before packing. Then pack and seal them at normal temperature and room temperature. In case of packaging with oil contained, it shall be confirmed there are no chemical components such as S and Cl. contained in oils. Otherwise the chemical components will have negative effects on VCI function.
2. Operate with clean gloves before packing, and do not contact the articles for antirust with naked hands.
3. In case the articles for antirust have projections and edge angles, be careful not to pierce the film during packing. In case of its unintended breakage, it shall be pasted and sealed with a industrial tape in time to ensure its seal.
4. During performing antirust packing operation, the working place shall be kept away from strong corrosive materials and acid-etching gases such as acid or alcali.

Rustoper (corrosion terminator) VCI liquid, a kind of unique water-based anti-corrosion liquid, may protect iron and nonferrous products and equipment from rusting even if they are placed in the liquid containing more than 400ppm of chloride. The product may prevent metal products from rusting in plain water, sea water, saline water and other strongly corrosive solutions containing sulfide and halogen for a long term. In addition, it is extensively applied to the marine as well as to the operation on plain water and sea requiring antirust at low cost. The product added to special microelements may be directly used for producing excellent, efficient and green VCI paper.

3. Spray appropriate amount of the liquid in a packaging unit (such as carton, packaging bag), and seal it immediately.
4. To achieve complete antirust without packaging, directly soak the articles for antirust completely in the liquid.
5. Operate with clean gloves, and do not contact the articles for antirust with naked hands.

3 In order to achieve balanced and overall antirust effects, the desiccant shall be placed within the distance (¡Ü30cm) where VCI is valid, and no barriers exist between the desiccant and the anticles for antirust.
4 Generally, the normal consumption is 150g-250g, which will be increased or reduced according to packaging environment.
