- The Laser Welding Seam Tracker(namely laser welder) consists of a precision laser sensor, controller and slide. The sensor does probe the weld seam and the controller does control the change value on the work-piece. The welding torch is guided rapidly and exactly by moving the slides.
- Non-contact laser sensor makes detect position nearer to welding point, thereby dramatically reduce tracking delay and have a higher tracking accuracy.
- High precision sensor is to explore welding seam position exactly.
- Then let welding torch move left/right up/down to trace welding seam.
- Increase welding speed and suface welding.

It has independent operating system, our tracker can control sliders up/down left/right separately according to the changes of welding seam
So you can regulate your welding machine(robot) and our laser welder separately, its working principle is as follows:
1. It has unique sensing system, sensor constantly monitoring the change of workpiece welding seam.
2. The signal for variation of welding seam is transfered to controller in time,
3. Controller adjusts its processing inside according to the received signal,
4. Then controller control slider(welding torch) to move up/right and left/right to follow the welding seam well,
