Multi-function cylindrical laminating machine
Making use of the good adhesive property of polypropylene & polyethylene at melting status, the machine adheres and laminates paper or color-printed opp & cpp film to woven bag under pressure, and through cut-off and sewing to make paper & plastic laminated or color-printed packaging woven bags. The laminating with melted polypropylene & polyethylene film on the woven bags of instant noodle, melon seeds and foods.
The extruder with helical gear reducer of 20crmnti alloy steel adopts automatic temperature-control system to adjust melting temperature, the the screw and cylinder are made of 38crmoaia alloy steel and done treatment of nitrogenation. The double-die can realize single or double-face coating, width of coating&laminating can be regulated, and stepless speed regulation is to control coating thickness and laminating speed, 6 wind-up station for material feeding. The gas-liquid edge correcting for rewinder assures the accuracy of coating. Pnenumatic roller can assure even pressure . Automatic edge cutting , edge-blowing , perforating , edge-folding , cutting-off and winding devices are applied.
The machine using material of polypropylene & high density polyethylene, through heating extruding and drawing makes tape that is then winded for the weaving of thecircular loom.
Through our many times improving , the machine can use 100% regenerated PP & PE ,powder or grain PP& HDPE to produce the tapes .The screw and cylinder of extruder are made of 38 CrMoAIA alloy steel, the hardness is over HV 950 after nitrogenation treatment. Helical gear reducer made of 20 CrMnTi Tially steel is applied to the extruder, the gears & chain wheels are made of 45# medium carbon steel and done the treatment of high frequency quench.The driving rollers are electroplated with hard Cr, tension self-controlling of winding-rollers are applied to the driving unit.. The cylinder of extruder, triton and die adopt aluminum cast heater which is endurable.
4-Shuttle Plane Cam Type Circular Loom
1.Plane cam and connecting rod rolling wheel transmission which is the most advanced technology is adopted, making it easy and stable to run.
2.Rolling transmission is adopted in entire structrue instead of slide block and slide rod, which doesní»t need lubricant and decreases the wearing part.
3.Ití»s an environmental product whose noise is not more than 82dB(A).
4.Low strength plastic yarn which is made from 100% regenerated plastic can be adopted to weave.
5.It is high-efficient and energy economical. The highest rotation speed of the main motor can reach 180r/min and the power is 1.5/2.2kw, which can save 10 thousand.
Four-shuttle Circular Loom for Mesh Bag
There are four series of circular looms with nine models manufactured by our factory and they separately adopt the structures of band, pole and rocker, in which the shuttle board movement of six and eight-shuttle circular looms has changed the traditional slipping friction into rolling friction so as to reduce friction and noise and improve speed as well .
Four-shuttle circular loom can weave woven bags of different specifications, and six-and eight- shuttle circular looms can weave container bags, tarpaulin, awing cloth for rainpro of and tourism tent etc. and the circular loom for mesh bag etc and the circular loom for mesh bag can weave bag for packing vegetables and fruit.

Six-shuttle plane cam circular loom
