Spiral wound gaskets are produced in several style and combination of meterials to fit the most stringent application. Spiral wound gaskets are usually of circular shape, however we can produce them in other shapes such as: oval, rectangular, with round corners, etc. Our standard production program comprises a range of spiral wound gaskets with inner diameters of 10mm to 3000mm and non-standard dimensions and shapes, and larger diameters are available on request.

Composite graphite sheet/composite graphite sheet is formed by mechanically or sticking flexible graphite sheets together with metal plate (flat metal foil, or perforated stainless steel sheet). It has good compressibility and resilience, excellent sealing property for microscopic surface irrgeularities and long working life. It is mainly used for making cylinder gaskets of engines and punching into all kinds of sealing gaskets.
Reinforced graphite sheet is also called composite graphite sheet. Wealson provide four style reinforced graphite sheet with different reinforcement materials as follows,
1. Reinforced graphite sheet with tanged carbon steel (0.20~0.25mm)
2. Reinforced graphite sheet with tanged ss304/ss316 (0.1mm)
Dimensions: 1000mmx1000mm, 1500mmx1500mm
As gasket material, it is usually fabricated into graphite laminate, and widely used in fluid sealing applications: flange gasket, spiral wound gasket, heat exchanger gasket, etc. It can also be used as solid lubricant in metal stamping and forming applications, or as heat liner in industry furnaces and other heating devices.
Flexible graphite sheet in rolls are available in various dimensions, densities, and in grades ranging from 96 up to 99.85% carbon content minimum. Any thickness is available from 0.15 mm up to 1.0 mm.

Wealson offers carbon and graphite felts in a variety of widths and thicknesses to meet a wide range of applications. These products are easy to cut and install. The felts can be sewn in place using carbon cordage. Felt material is generally used as thermal insulation in inert and vacuum furnaces. For special applications, this felt is available with graphite coatings which will reduce the permeability of the felt and improve its resistance to erosion.
Wealson's felt can be surface coated with graphite foil bonded or combined with carbon/carbon face plates to provide an insulation system that is utilized with operations such as rapid gas quenching, resulting in longer useful life of the insulation system. Additionally, Wealson's carbon and graphite felt is available in a rigid form that can be manufactured into various shapes, including: Baffle, Cylinder, Ring and Board.
Wealson offers a complete line of standard and custom gaskets produced to the highest standards.
PTFE gaskets are excellent in applications involving solvents, corrosive chemicals and high temperatures.
There are different types of PTFE gaskets for each particular sealing application: ring, full face, flange and envelope gaskets.
A PTFE envelope gasket is a gasket that is split or machined from the outside diameter wall to 1/16 of an inch from the inside diameter. Envelope gaskets can be supplied slit/v-type or milled/square cut with or with out a filler.
A ring gasket has a thickness, inside and outside dimension.
A full face gasket has a thickness, inside and outside dimension along with bolt holes.
A flange gasket is primarily the same as a full face without the bolt holes.
These gaskets are available in standard and metric pipe sizes up to 60" outside diameter.
These gaskets are available in standard and metric pipe sizes up to 60" outside diameter.
