Expanded polystyrene
Is a plastic filled with air in the form of a large number of cells filled with air fused together.
It is a rigid foam that can be molded to the required shape and thereby provide pre designed shock absorption and cushioning characteristics in different portions of the packaging. Thus it is possible to send even very sensitive items like brass ware mirrors, sensitive electronic items etc. On long distance through the vagaries of transport systems and yet ultimately ensure an undamaged product reaching your ultimate customer.
As this is a custom made product lot size, weight and dimensions are product dependent
Adhesive tape
Water based acrylic adhesive is coated on bopp film of 25 micron thickness.
The coating thickness decides the anchorage strength of the tape.
Coating thickness may vary from 18 microns to 24 microns.
