Ceramic capillary filter
Vacuum Ceramic Filter is now proven the most energy-efficient and enviroment-friendly solid/liquid seperation device which produces an almost absolute vacuum resulting in very dry cake. It makes use of microporous ceramic plates through which no air will pass and only liquid could flow instead of filter cloth.
The key to the ceramic filter is the porous ceramic filtration plate. The unique constructure of ceramic plate creates uniform micropores which establish the Capillary Action Effect creating an almost absolute vacuum ( less than 0.096Mpa) by which only liquid could flow through the plate and air canÆt pass through the plates.
The ceramic filter has been widely used in the field of mining and metallurgy ( such as nonferrous metal mine and fine powder coal ), chemical processing, food, medicine and ceramics industry. The particle size of the slurry varies from 0.5¦m to 3mm, specially suitable for solid-liquid seperation of sand-character materials. The excellent de-watering function could also be gained for clay-character materials after adjusting the properties of slurry.

1. Framework has high concentration, film has high intensity, excellent resistance to wear, compression and corrosion. White alundum is electrically melted and moulded into grads with 500t hydraulic press and 1800 whole agglomeration, pressure resistance can reach 8bar.
2. High open porosity and productivity; high filtering precision, low vacuum consumption. Fine materials, whole compound, stick without glue, good water permeability, open porosity can reach 92adopt 1800mesh superfine white alundum film-spraying pre-coating technique which has good capillary function and low vacuum consumption.
3. Many methods for regeneration, service life is greatly prolonged. It can be cleaned with organic solvent under high temperature and high pressure with good regenerating effect and long service life.
