Bk-300 biodiesel reactor
Models BK-300-SS is a semi-automatic and high tech processor that delivers high quality biodiesel that can meet all international specifications such as ASTM D-6751 and EN 14214 set for biodiesel.
This unit is electrically heated, has an advance mixing system and come equipped with a 5 micron industrial filter. Temperature controls are provided. All components are standard, as design philosophy calls for global materials and parts availability. Construction is build following the CE standards for industrial and ambient safety. Mixers and pumps are build ATEX.
Process temperature controls are mounted on the control panel; a thermostat and an analogue thermometer are provided.

The special by Engineers designed reactor and methoxide pre-mix tanks, together with special designed mixers, gives a 37 % better mixing result than what you normally get with the old model round cone-bottom tanks.

The bk-glycerin reactor will refine the crude glycerin to pure glycerin of industrial grade (90% pure).
