TRANSACTION PROCEDURE :
1. Buyer issues ICPO with this offer terms and procedures, along with the buyerâ??s company registration, signatory passport copy, and CIS. The ICPO should have the receiving refinery name, ( For China: the refinery authorization letter with quota number is required ).
1. Seller issues Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA). Buyer reviews, amends (if necessary),signsandreturnstheDraftContractSPAinWordformattosellerwithin two (2) banking days for final endorsement. Then the seller countersigns the SPA, and the SPA is lodged with relevant banks. Seller signs NCNDA/IMFPA between all intermediaries involved.
