For split roller bearings, the inner ring and the outer ring can be installed separately, which simplifies the installation process, especially when the inner and outer rings require interference fit. When installing the shaft with the inner ring in place into the bearing box that already contains the outer ring, care must be taken to check whether the inner and outer rings are correctly aligned to avoid scratching the bearing raceways and rolling parts. If cylindrical and needle roller bearings use inner rings without flanges or inner rings with flanges on one side, it is recommended to use mounting sleeves. The outer diameter of the sleeve should be equal to the inner ring raceway diameter F, and the tolerance standard for machining should be d10.
As a linear motion manufacturer, we provide linear motion parts, spherical roller bearing self aligning, spherical roller bearing pillow block, double row spherical bearing, bearing roller spherical, linear motion systems, etc. For more, please feel free to contact us!
Improve bearing reliability - THB flange mounted tapered roller bearings raceway and rolling body surface profile are optimized and finely machined to ensure a lower surface roughness. It is more conducive to the formation of lubricating oil film when working. Thus improving the overall performance and reliability of the bearing.
Easy to install - Separable and interchangeable bearing parts are more convenient for installation, disassembly and maintenance.
Noise: Among them, the single row cylindrical roller bearing has the lowest noise.
These differences determine their different working environments. If you want to choose the most suitable bearing, you need to know enough about the characteristics of the bearings.
The N type and NU type can move axially, can adapt to the chan

Needle roller bearings use needle rollers as their rolling elements rather than balls. The term "needle roller" usually means that its length is several times its diameter.
roller bearing needle have a smaller cross-sectional height and could keep the entire machine lighter and more compact, thus maintaining a relatively high load carrying capacity. The key components are the cage (also known as the separator or support) and the needle rollers.
Needle roller and cage assembly can be mounted directly as a stand-alone accessory, or cam roller bearings can be used in conjunction with other parts, inner and outer rings, to form complete needle roller bearings that can be used as stand-alone bearing support mounts.
Needle Roller Bearing Advantages
Needle roller bearings, developed by THB, as one of the most professional needle roller manufacturers in China, have the following advantages:
Because of the small radial cross section of needle roller bearings, they are very suitable for working conditions where the mounting space is small
Optimized needle roller and raceway shape design, so that the bearing has a higher radial load capacity
A linear motion bearing is a machine element that constrains relative motion to only the desired motion and reduces friction between moving parts. In VXO, one of the top ball screw and linear motion bearing manufacturers in China, the linear motion bearing design may, for example, provide for free linear movement of the moving part or for free rotation around a fixed axis; or, it may prevent a motion by controlling the vectors of normal forces that bear on the moving parts. They are typically made from materials such as steel, aluminum, or plastic, and can be designed to handle a wide range of loads and speeds. Some common applications for linear motion bearings include robotics, CNC machines, and linear actuators. Most linear guide bearings facilitate the desired motion by minimizing friction. Bearings are classified broadly according to the type of operation, the motions allowed, such as precision angular contact bearings and cam roller bearings, or to the directions of the loads (forces) applied to the parts.
Linear Motion Bearing Types
There are many linear bearing types, each used for different purposes. These include ball bearings, roller bearings, ball thrust bearings, roller thrust bearings and tapered roller thrust bearings. A linear motion bearing is a type of bearing that is designed to provide smooth and accurate linear motion in a variety of applications. These bearings are typically used in machinery and equipment where there is a need for precise movement along a straight line. Linear motion bearings come in a variety of types, including ball bearings, roller bearings, and plain bearings.

The BK ball screw fixed end support are sometimes referred to as pillow block style. Mounting holes are provided to bolt these to the base where your ball screw will operate.
The BK ball screw end support contains two angular contact bearings that provide both axial and rotational support for the ball screw. There are 3 precision classes C3,C5 and C7 bearing supports. It is suggested to use C3 support units with a C3 ball screw. And C5 ball screw can be used with C3 or C5 support units, which enables the support units precision to match the ball screws precision. C7 ball screws should only be used with C7 support units.
Our standard ballscrews are supplied with machining that will work with these supports without modification.
