Cashew heating process:
The oil-burning process is similar to oil F.O. Cashew oil is heated to 60-70C

Degumed cashew nut shell liquid is a kind of CNSL product, Cashew nut shell oil is treated to remove impurities, metals, and residues, and distilled at high temperatures to obtain high-grade industrial fuel oil. Degumed CNSL is used for burn boilers, marine oil, industrial combustion stations to replace FO oil, and production plants that need clean oil fuel.

Cardanol-based resins possess outstanding resistance to the softening action of mineral oil and high resistance to acids alkalies, antimicrobial properties termite and insect resistance, etc. Contributes to improved flexibility, good drying after banking, high electric insulation properties, and thermal stability. Amenability to chemical modification to effect desirable changes gets specific properties for making tailor-made polymers of high value, thus the structural changes could be effected at the hydroxyl group, on the aromatic ring, and on the side chain. These properties make Cardanol an effective substitute for petroleum-based phenol. Specifications:
