Quick die change system
Quick die change system can help to change die / mold in a short time. It replaces the traditional method which used the screw to fix the die/mold. To insure the safety of operation, the movement between each equipment will be pined down mutually.It has the function of inspection pressure and can be interlocked with the machine
Mold changer system
Mold changer system is used on press machine and injection molding machine. It help die/mold to move in and out of the machine on the rail. It have the inspection function of mold loading position, mold change, mold-move-in position, mold-centered position
The system is for injection molding machine and die casting machine. It adopts four independent circuit of cross clamping to clamp the mold. Each hydraulic circuit is with the function of maintaining pressure for a long time. The desired pressure is not affected by power failure or reduction in air pressure. In order to save time for the mold change and ensure the operation safety, it is just in time to apply qucik mold change system.
P.C. Board piercing system
The system employs hydraulic pressure for activating the platen to knock out. It is totaly different from the conventional mechanical structure, and can prevent the board and the dies from being heavily impacted by the press, thus minimize the breaking of pierce pin and prolong the dies service life. To collocate quick die change system can shorten the time of die change and ensure the operation safety.
Overload protector is equipped in press machine to check hydraulic pressure of cylinder inside the slider. If happen overload, the hydraulic pressure of cylinder will be released immediately within 3/1000 seconds. It has pressure control valve inside of overload protector, which can adjust hydraulic pressure automatically and eliminate the impact of rising pressure (which cause by oil temperature rise) in pressing process.
