SE40 Grating system
- SE40 series gratings are compact gratings for high dynamic and high precision systems. - The SE40 series readhead is adapted to the L4 series ultra-thin stainless steel scale with a 40m grating pitch. The expansion coefficient is exactly the same as that of the substrate, and its excellent corrosion resistance and scratch resistance make it suitable for harsh environments. The surface of the L4 scale is very Tough, so it doesn't need any protective coating to prevent the grid lines from being damaged. When the scale is contaminated, alcohol can be used to clean it, and non-polar organic solvents such as acetone and toluene can be used instead of alcohol, and the performance of the scale after cleaning will not be affected in any way.
