The flavour of Cinnamon is sweet and smooth, with a distinctively woodsy flavour and a lingering fragrance. Several studies find Cassia have potential health benefits such as lowering blood sugar levels, anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal and antibacterial. This pungent spice is also jam packed with vitamins and minerals like Vitamin A, Calcium and Magnesium.
