Anti Tack Agent Powdered film release agent Description
Powdered film release agent can prevent the adhesion between uncured and mixed films during storage. Anti tack agent is composed of inorganic fillers and active agents. Anti tack agent has good wetting and isolation properties for different soft and sticky films. Anti tack agent can be well dissolved in rubber during rubber vulcanization without affecting its flow and other properties.

Usage:
The recommended concentration of Anti tack agent is 3.5±1%, which is determined by the temperature of the processing workshop, the composition of the rubber and the Shore hardness of the mixed rubber. Usually in summer and some easy-to-stick rubber, a high concentration should be used, otherwise, a low concentration should be used. Anti tack agent forms an elastic film on the surface of the mixed film, which has a good isolation effect and prevents dust from sticking to the glue, thus avoiding troubles in the post-processing process. Anti tack agent only has a slight soft deposition on the surface of the equipment, which is easy to remove. The product has anti-corrosion properties and does not produce annoying foam when the item is mixed.
Tire Inside Paint Agent Description:
Inside Tire paint agent is inside tire demolding agent without fillers. It contains reactive silicone polymer. This product can provide good sliding performance between the bladder and the green tire and demoulding performance after vulcanization. Green Tire In-Spray has good exhaust performance despite being filler-free. After vulcanization, the inside of the tire is bright and smooth, and the inner liner will not have the common negative effects of silicone oil products. This product is used in small amounts, dries quickly, and is ready for use.

Leno fabric (also called Leno weave or cross weave) is a weave in which two warp yarns are woven around the weft yarns to provide a strong yet sheer fabric. The standard warp yarn is paired with a skeleton or doup yarn; these twisted warp yarns grip tightly to the weft which causes the durability of the fabric. APPLICATION
Leno fabric, which allows light and air to pass through freely, is used in any area where a sheer, open weave fabric that will not bruise (where the threads shift away from their original positions, disturbing the uniformity of the weave) is required. Single End Cord, also Called Single End Tire Cord, it is made of a variety of synthetic yarns such as nylon, polyester, aramid and rayon. These yarns are twisted into single or multiple-ply cords and later cured to the physical properties as required by the customer.
Specification of Single End Cord:
YUSHENG's Single End Cord are dipped by RFL Dipping Solutions. This treatment enhances the cord's bonding ability with rubber, making it a key reinforcement material in rubber products. The dipping process ensures the cord has excellent adhesion properties, improving the mechanical performance and durability of products like PCR tires and Special Rubber hoses.

Steel mesh fabric is a reinforced material tailored made for medium-strength conveyor belts, which having the remarkable performance of Impact-resistant and tear-resistant; there are two types of steel mesh fabrics available , which are: GW straight anti-impact and anti-tearing steel mesh and LW straight anti-impact and anti-tearing steel mesh fabric

1-Specification of GW straight anti-impact and anti-tearing steel mesh fabric
Latitude and longitude of this product uses the high elongation and the open style special structural steel cord, with good binding characteristic with the rubber, suitable for substitute of chemical fiber or the steel wire core conveyor belt, but the length would not exceed more than 1500 meters.
Applications:
GW steel mesh fabrics can be applied in the harsh production scene, such as steel mill, carbon coke factories, the quarry, and be solid material handling field and so on.
2-Specification of LW straight anti-impact and anti-tearing steel mesh fabric
Latitude and longitude of this steel mesh fabric uses the special structure, the high elongation steel cord. and there's a high elongation latitudinal steel cord each at top and bottom in longitude direction. it is better than GW-HE in the anti-impact and anti-tearing performance.
Application: LW steel mesh fabrics are used in industries which operating requirements higher than GW-HE, such as anti-impact and anti-heat region, the high heat-resisting elevator and so on.
