W series engine is a brand new and carefully designed product to meet the high power demand of
generator set supporting market. This series of engine has the characteristics of compact structure, high reliability, good economy, low noise, beautiful appearance, etc. It is the preferred supporting power for common and standby generator sets built according to SAIC MOTOR manufacturing standards.
Product Features:
1. The four valve and fuel system of each cylinder can be equipped with an electronic speed regulating mechanical pump and an electronic unit pump, which can effectively improve combustion and emissions, and work smoothly and economically.
2. Gantry type machine body, with reasonable distribution of reinforcing ribs, has good rigidity, compact structure, low vibration and low noise.
3. The split camshaft design ensures accurate control of valve and fuel injection timing. The optimized cam profile can reduce impact, improve reliability and durability.
4. The electric pre oil supply pump is configured to realize automatic pre oil supply when starting.

Description
1. Integrated crankshaft, gantry body, flat-cut connecting rod, short piston, compact and reasonable appearance, strong adaptability, and can be interchanged with the old 135 diesel engine;
2. Use a new type of constricted combustion chamber to increase the injection pressure, improve the combustion process, and meet environmental protection indicators: the exhaust pollutant emission value meets the requirements of JB8891-1999, and the noise meets the requirements of GB14097-1999 with a margin;
3. Optimize the design of the lubrication and cooling system, reduce the number of external pipes and parts, and use an integral brushless alternator to greatly improve the three leaks and greatly enhance the reliability.
4. It is matched with J98 and J114b exhaust gas turbochargers and has strong plateau working ability. When used in plateau areas with an altitude of 5000m, the power drop is less than 3%;
5. Using a new high-vacuum exhaust injection device, a three-stage cyclonic German paper filter air filter, and low-temperature ceramic piston rings, the diesel engine will not cause early wear when used in deserts or high-dust areas.
