XH9800 is a SOC (system on chip) for rapid development of Bluetooth low energy related products. It contains a fully compatible system with Bluetooth V5.0 (LE mode). Users can develop various applications based on embedded 32-bit high-performance microcontrollers. XH9800 adopts innovative technology to integrate audio codec, PMU (lithium battery charger + LDO), SPI flash memory in XIP mode, IIC, UART, GPIO, ADC, PWM, etc. in one chip, providing customers with: 1. Lower power consumption 2. Stable connection 3. Low cost BOM.
Bluetooth Smart firmware includes L2CAP service layer protocol, SM (Security Manager), ATT (Attribute Protocol), GATT (Generic Attribute Profile) and GAP (Generic Access Profile). Additionally, application configuration files such as health thermometer, heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar, Human Interface Device (HID) and SDK (including drivers, OS APIs, etc.) are supported. The SDK integrates SIG Mesh for web applications.

Description
CY9006 is a low cost, highly integrated 2.4GHZ wireless Line transceiver chip. The chip integrated transmitter, receiver, frequency synthesizer, and GFSK modem. The peripheral circuit is simple and only needs to be matched with MCU and a few peripheral passive devices. CY9006 transmits GFSK signal, and the maximum transmit power can reach 6dBm. The receiver adopts a low-IF structure, and the receiving sensitivity can reach -87dBm. The digital channel energy detection can monitor the channel quality at any time.
The on-chip transmit and receive FIFO registers can communicate with the MCU, store data, and then transmit over the air at a 1Mbps data rate. It has built-in CRC, FEC, auto-ack and retransmission mechanisms, which can greatly simplify system design and optimize the performance.
In order to improve the battery life, the chip reduces the power consumption in each link. The minimum operating voltage of the chip can reach 1.9V, and the minimum current is 1uA under the condition of holding the register value.
