The Characteristics of MDF :
Brown color, typically made up of 82% wood fibre, 9% urea-formaldehyde resin glue, 8% water, and 1 % paraffin wax. MDF is smooth on both sides, poor moisture resistance, suitable for interior and wood panel product.
The Characteristics of MLH:
Reddish-brown color, light weight hardwood, mixed with wood fibre, stronger than Falcata, affordable price, suitable for industrial or house construction demand (roof).
Full Kruing/ Hardwood :
more heavy weight than other type, solid, durable, more expensive price than others, smoother than MLH, suitable for furniture and industrial demand and every your need.
Can be divided into Uty Grade, BBCC, and OVL grade.
We use glue : E0/E1/E2/MR/WBP.
*We have 3 kinds of Blockboard, it can be divide into :
-Falcata Blockboard
-MLH Blockboard
-Blockmine (Melamine Blockboard)
*BLOCKBOARD:
Is made up of softwood/hardwood strips and veneers (strips of softwood/hardwood glued together and faced with veneers). Suitable for furniture, durable time, does not split easily.
*BLOCKBOARD MELAMINE:
Blockboard that cover with melamine, suitable for design interior or exterior.
Same as MDF, easily damaged, nondurable, suitable for furniture.
The characteristics of Packing/ Construction Grade are:
rough surface, lowest price of plywood, suitable for construction, furniture industry for making crates, cabinets and boxes or packaging.

The Characteristics of Uty Grade :
sanded one side only thatâ??s why this grade is not very smooth (only one side is smooth), core gaps, big patches and discoloration exist in the back, cheap price, suitable for construction and packaging).

BB/CC grade is our best quality of plywood, but BB/CC grade may have small imperfections that are filled and sanded, 2 sides sanded well, suitable for your every needs/ furniture
The Characteristics of HMR:
Green color, water resisstance, suitable for kitchenset or bathroom.
Commonly described as decorative plywood. The plywoods are glued with good looking veneers which produced by premium hardwood through slice cutting process or half rotate cutting. Suitable for furniture and interior design demand.
We have 2 kinds of Melamine Board : Single Face (One side only) and Double Face (2 sides that are covering with Melamine white and glossy).
Covered in a hard-wearing melamine impregnated paper film (smooth, white melamine color). Melamine faced plywoods are tough, water proof and scratch resistant.
Suitable for furniture, kitchens toys manufactures and installations such as shopfitting, exhibitions displays, workshops and vehicle conversions.
Phenolic Board SF or DF / Film Faced Plywood: coated with phenolic resin, black color, waterproof, suitable for construction and bekisting.
