SBS Modified Asphalt Complete plant (Mobile, Fixed) System Module:
The production and processing of SBS modified asphalt must be carried out within a certain temperature range, which is determined by experiments with different grades of asphalt. Matching domestic high-quality thermal transfer oil heating furnace, pneumatic valve, temperature controller, heat-conducting oil, burner and program controller imported from Germany or Japan adopted to ensure the constant temperature control. Through automatic combustion and stop of heating furnace, circulating of heat-transfer oil, automatic opening and shutting of pneumatic valve, the heat is sent to each heating part and set by the temperature controller, so as to achieve temperature control automation.
In order to meet the needs of different asphalt processing, complete set of equipment can be equipped with stabilizer adding device and auxiliary agent adding device. After the stabilizer is metered, the pump is directly added to the swelling tank. After grinding and reaction, the SBS particles and the asphalt can be combined tightly together, they can prevent segregation for a long period of time. The additives are added to the incubation tank after being metered when needed, which can effectively improve the performance indexes of the modified asphalt.

With high vacuum distillation method, the base oil components can be distilled at 340 C, which is far lower than the current popular domestic used oil vacuum distillation of 380-400 C, which effectively avoids base oil molecules cracking at high temperature , reducing production of light oil like naphtha, improves the quality and yield of base oils, and decreases risk of plant operation.
Using automatic continuous operation, during normal operation, only one person per shift can complete the control.
The heating system adopts electromagnetic heating, no open flame, and high safety.
The plant runs with low energy consumption, processing every ton of used oil, and the energy consumption required for heating is only about 200,000 kcal.
Modular design, the on-site installation and commissioning cycle is greatly shortened. For the daily processing capacity of less than 20 tons, the whole set of equipment including heating, heat exchange, condensation, vacuum, atmospheric distillation, vacuum distillation, refining, compounding, control, circulating pool, cooling water tower, operating platform, etc. It can be transported by a truck.
Small footprint. Taking the processing capacity of 10 tons/day as an example, the overall area of the device is only 28 square meters (4 meters x 7 meters).
Quality of the product is good, and quality of the product produced has been tested by quality inspection department and meets the new lubricating oil quality standard.
The automatic cleaning line for used oil barrels uses high-pressure hot water to clean the inner and outer walls of the barrel at 360 degrees without dead angles . After air-drying, it can be further repaired and then sold as a container.

Output of oil, water, and gas of oil wells are the most basic production parameters for oilfields to increase revenue and reduce expenditures, and realize intensive and digital production.
