The assembly may be divided into a through-hole valve, a three-seat valve, and a four-seat valve, according to the internal bore form of the seat. The valve body and seat of the valve assembly are carburized and hardened by 20CrMnTi of high quality bonded steel. The surface hardness is greater than HRC60. The rubber is made of polyurethane, which greatly improves the overall service life of the valve assembly and the effective service time is over 300 hours. Valve body assembly is composed of valve body, valve rubber, valve nut, guide frame, gland, spring, steel ball, etc. And the assembly acts to control the mud intake and discharge in the tank. F-1600 uses API 7#, F-500 pumps use API 5#, F-800 and F-1000 mud pumps use API 6#.
