The naturally farmed chia seeds are dried then pressed and go through a special double cleaning cycle. Colour sorting is available to supply you mixed, white, or black.

Peppercorn is native to the western ghats of Southern India.
Harvesting starts around January 2021. When the peppercorn fruit is dry of milk, then the picking begins. Clusters of peppercorn are handpicked from the vine, then machine separated from stalk. The corns are then sun dried and the darkening stage takes place. Once dry, we take the corns to a nearby mill to be garbled (size sorted).
We taste our peppercorn each harvest and check for the initial sweetness followed by a heat and ending with a good pungent kick. With peppercorn grown in Southern India we've tasted notes of sweet floral, lemon, and licorice.

Naturally farmed turmeric powder is native to India, so the ideal country to source from. Plants grow to 3 ft. height in raised soil beds, and are harvested when leaves begin to dry. In Southern India, harvesting begins around January to February 2021. The roots are boiled, steam dried, and ground to a powder over a 7-10 day process.
The curcumin content is 3-4% and gives the bright golden yellow colour as well as the famous health benefits.
We check the aroma of the turmeric which can be described as lively and pungent with a creamy finish. Our turmeric is trialed and approved by a MICHELIN recommended chef.
