Various grades are made in Flour Mill Rolls they are made according to the customer's requirements and High Speed Roller Mills operating at approx 700 RPM therefore our rolls are balanced at 800 RPM so that they so that they work vibration free and enhances the Flute life to
the rolls so as to minimize roll Re Fluting. Only good quality rolls cannot assure good results grinding and fluting are also very important so to serve you with perfect fluting and Grinding we have CNC Roll Fluting Machines by which we flute the rolls to the max accuracy and no overlapping of flutes happens which is normal on conventional Fluting machines. Shaft sizes are made on CNC Lathes so that there is no error while fitting of bearings or pulleys in the rolls.
Flaker Rolls are manufactured keeping in view the immense pressure under which the rolls go through while making flakes, powder and extraction of oil from seed as Flaker Rolls work up to 15000 LBS in a Flaking mill with fast and slow hydration in the case of guar Gum Plants where the seed is directly
grinded into high viscosity powder. Therefore the rolls need to sustain extra high pressure. We keep on doing R&D and constant feedback from our customers for improving roll quality to serve our customers with an improved quality of rolls and help us to produce better quality rolls. Our company manufactures rolls as per customers requirements or specifications therefore we supply Rolls of different Grades, hardness, chill depth & finish of the rolls, besides we also
suggest our customers to use specific grades of rolls for longer Roll life which gives benefits to our customers
