AQ (High Gloss, Duct, Matt & High Scuff)
Our most popular coating is AQ or Aqueous (Semi Gloss) finish. We supply high gloss, duct over print varnish, matt over print varnish to printing industries. This is a high-gloss coating applied over the front of the printed piece. Aqueous anti-mold coating for offset, flexo, and roller applications with excellent mold and grease resistance and high humidity block resistance.

Side/ Flap pasting Adhesives
This grade is suitable for side flap sealing of mono-cartons in high speed machines like Bobst, Eureka, Yoko type of machines for bonding of laminated, UV Varnished and non -varnished surfaces etc. Also can be used for paper bag side & bottom pasting.

Advantages :
1. The product is smooth flowing with good machine running characteristics.
2. Suitable for nozzle and cylinder application in high speed sealing machine.
3. Fast setting characteristics, gives undisturbed setting.
4. Retains paper tear of bond at -5°C & 70°C.

Cold Binding Adhesives
Our Cold Binding Grades are suitable for packaging operations on Automatic / Semi-Automatic high-speed machines for Paper / Duplex Board to Paper / Flute / Board, for paper-to-paper pasting in book binding, carton manufacturing etc.

Dry Lamination Adhesives
Our Dry Lamination Adhesive is Acrylic Copolymer based adhesive, suitable for lamination of films (clear BOPP & PET, PVC, MET_PET, MET BOPP, & MAT BOPP etc.) to printed paper / duplex board using Dry Lamination Process on Bilhofer, Paper Plast, Wenchuan, Yii Lee type of automatic dry lamination machines.
Advantages :
1. Suitable for dark prints, Matt Films, No tarnishing on gold prints.
2. Better performance with respect to creasing, embossing, guttering, in carton manufacturing, & book binding.
3. It is Odorless.
4. Printed shades are not affected by the use of this adhesive.
5. Application system can be cleaned by use of normal water.
6. No wrinkles on ageing upto 80 degree C for 2 hours with film PET.
7. High degree of non-foaming characteristics.
8. Online slitting can be conducted in the application of film to printed paper/board using dry lamination process.

Water Based PSA for Tapes & Label stocks
The pressure sensitive adhesives are characterized as having enhanced bonding characteristics including loop tack, peel strength, and shear strength making them particularly useful for the manufacture of dry-bonded laminates, tapes, labels, medical patches and devices, flexible packages, furnace ducts, exterior insulating finish system and the like. Grades are suitable for Pressure Sentitive coating applications in Label Stocks, Holograms and Tapes.

Hotmelt Adhesive for Pet Bottle Labelling
Application :
Suitable for Labelling for PP, BOPP, PE Labels to PET bottles for Beverages and Mineral water on machines Krones, Saddle, KHS. It has been designed for vertical labelers at both pick-up and Lap Glue stations. Also can be used for other plastic / glass containers and variety of other labels.

Hotmelt Adhesive for Book Binding
Description

Book Binding Glues are suitable for all kind of high speed Perfect Book Binding machines like Muller Martini, Kolbus, Welbound, Wholenberg etc. Adhesives show good performance on coated paper / art paper. They may also be used for other paper-to-paper bonding applications.
