Non-woven material obtained by spinning polypropylene microfibers (1-5 microns thick), accompanied by the supply of hot air at high speed. Unlike spunbond, the fibers are whipped and laid directly on the conveyor, without stretching. Meltblown has significant advantages over trradional no ovens. These include greatly increased uniformity, both visual and physical, beter coverage per surface unit, increased or complete water permeability with simultaneous breathability, as well as high filtraaon properes. Meltblown is chaacterized by a significant effect of filtraltraon, absorpon and isolaon. Meltblown is successfully used in filters for respirators, industrial masks, vacuum cleaners, filters for filtering liquids and gases, the prproducon of meal clothing and hygiene products.

Spanbond perfectly replaces expensive materials, not inferior to them in the thinness of the canvas (while maintaining strength) and breathability.
