Tapioca Chips is a product which is made from selected Tapioca. It is processed and sliced in thin shape to avoid sticky nature in mouths. And it is cooked in a deep oil fry pan to get uniform frying and to get uniform color and crispiness.
Then the excess oil is removed absorbed during the process of cooking, this will extend the Shelf life of the final product. Then the product is coated with spices and other flavors like cream onion, chilly, tomato etc.,
The Banana chips is made from a traditionally cultivated and selected Nendran banana.
The banana is first cleaned and washed to remove the residues and the skin is peeled off and the banana is sliced to thin size. Then it is been fried in the deep oil fryer, then the excess oil which is absorbed during the cooking stage is removed to extend the shelf life and then it is flavored with rock salt, Himalayan Salt or flavours depends upon the customer requirment it is then packed.
Corn Puffs is one of a snack processed from 100% Non GMO Corn. It is then cooked in a Single Screw extruded in the desired shape and length.
Then it is dried and seasoned with our own recipes which is prepared in the traditional method which will give you a home made taste.
The Pregelatinized Rice Flour Pregelatinized is a product from extruded rice grain polished and selected.Dried and Grinded.
