Stencils, also called SMT stencils, play a key role in transferring accurate amount of solder paste to correct positions on bare circuit boards ready for assembly. In other words, stencils can fast and efficiently ensure the most accurate solder paste amount and optimal electrical connection. With solder stencils, it is possible to use metal squeegee blades to apply solder paste easily over the openings on PCBs and make stencil to be well aligned with the surface of the advanced circuit board.
According to SMT stencil manufacturing technologies, we provide two types of stencils: laser-cut stencils and chemical-etch stencils.
Laser-cut stencils
The openings are lasered on 100% stainless steel. Generally speaking, this kind of stencil can be produced with high quality and a high degree of precision within a short time.

How Are Aluminum PCBs Made?

What is High Frequency (HF) PCB
Electronic devices with high frequency is the developing tendency nowadays, especially in wireless network. The features of Thick Copper PCB.
DK should be small and stable enough, usually the smaller the better, high DK may lead to signal transmission delay.
DF should be small, which mainly affect quality of signal transmission, the smaller DF could make smaller signal wastage accordingly.
The thermal expansivity should be the same with copper foil as much as possible, because the difference will lead to copper foil separated in the changes of cold and heat.
Water absorptivity must be low, high water absorptivity will affect DK and DF when in the wet environment.
High-TG PCB High Temperature PCB fr4 Material
The Glass Transition Temperature (Tg) is one of the most important properties of any epoxy and is the temperature region where the polymer transitions from a hard, glassy material to a soft, rubbery material.
Circuit board material must flame-resistant, it canâ??t be burned at a certain temperature and only be soften. The temperature point is called the glass transition temperature (Tg).
The higher Tg point means higher temperature requirement during lamination. And the Aluminum clad Circuit Boards will be hard and crisp, which will affect hole and the electrical properties.
Ordinary PCB materials at high temperatures, not only will be soften, deformation, melting and other phenomena, but also the mechanical and electrical properties decline sharply.
General fr4 Tg is 130-140 centigrade, moderate Tg is greater than 150-160 centigrade, High-Tg is greater than 170 degrees.
The higher of Tg, the better performance of PCB heat resistance, moisture resistance, chemical resistance, stability and other characteristics.
FR4 is a code name for grade of Epoxy Glass material.
Tg means Glass Transition Temperature.
When the working temperature reaches to the melting point, that means the temperature exceeds the Tg value, the status of pcb material will be changed from glassy to liquid, which will affect the function of pcb. And this value is related to the stability of the pcb dimension.
As usual, made with Tg â?¥ 170â?? pcb material, which is called high Tg printed circuit board. With the rapid development of the electronics industry, high Tg material is widely used in computer, communication equipment, precise apparatus and instrument and etc.
Thick-Copper PCB
With the highly development of telecommunications and electronics industry, thick copper board is widely required by PCB customer. Thick copper PCB is mainly used for central power system and power electronic devices, which is because it enables the board to conduct higher current and decrease the product size.
China thick copper board mean the finished copper thickness of the board is more than 4OZ(140um), this is the most important factor for us to compare the thick copper PCB from those standard PCB with 1OZ or 2OZ copper.

What is HDI PCB
High density interconnect (HDI) PCB, represent one of the fastest growing technologies in PCBs. Because of its higher circuitry density than traditional circuit boards, the HDI PCB design is able to incorporate smaller vias and capture pads, and higher connection pad densities. HDI Boards contain blind and buried vias and often contain micro vias of 0.006 or less in diameter.
By using HDI technology, designers now have the ability to place more components on both sides of the raw PCB if desired. The most common reason for using HDI technology is a significant increase in packaging density. The space that obtained by finer track structures is available for components. In addition, overall space requirements are reduced will result in smaller board sizes and fewer layers.
Usually FPGA or BGA are available with 1mm or less spacing. HDI technology makes routing and connection easy, especially when routing between pins.
