BM bi-metal bushes are composed of two metal strips, in two different materials; the first is normally in steel, the second is normally constituted by an alloy containing copper, which when coupled with the steel strip acts as an internal covering. Furthermore, some sizes also have an external relubrication hole.
ADVANTAGES
The special construction of these bushes means they have good resistance against wear, in particular at medium speed with a medium load, or at low speed with a high load.
SPECIAL TECHNICAL FEATURES
The internal surface of the BM bimetal bushes can include different types of channels, so as to satisfy the various types of applications and lubrication conditions in which the bushes may be used.
Above Material Possesses Good Anti Friction Properties Combined with Plasticity & Suitable for Heavy Loaded applications being applied where Lubrication is doubtful.

DETAILS OF SINTERED PRODUCTS
Sintered Porous Metal Bearings are Powder metallurgical parts, the starting materials are obviously metal powder. The metal powder used are specifically produced to give flow and compacting characteristics and at the same time ensure best mechanical strength, grade or porosity for oil retention and self lubrication in its finished form.
Material : SINTERED BRONZE / IRON SINTERED
Range : Plain & Flanged Bushes, Self aligned Bushes, Solid Rod, Plate & different profile components as per drawings / samples.
APPLICATION : Sintered Bronze Bushes are used for High Speed application ( up to 18000 rpm )
Iron Sintered Bushes are used for speed (upto 3000 rpm).
TECHNICAL DETAILS
These are steel backed bronze Impregnated bushes mainly used for High Load application upto 250 N/mm2 and temperature upto +280°C.
MDU is a composite material consisting of three layers viz., steel backing (Low Carbon Steel), A Porous Bronze (90% Cu & 10% Sn) sintered Matrix, overlaid with a mixture of PTFE (Poly Tetra Fluro Ethylene) and Lead.
Steel Backing provides the underlying strength while porous bronze sintered layer provides the strong mechanical bond for the impregnated
PTFE/LEAD mixture.
