Toggle Clips are manufactured from Stainless Steel grade SS304, SS316, SS316L in standard size 1.5 Inch, 2 Inch, 2.5 Inch. Other sizes available on request
Stainless Steel wing seals are used to hold the steel banding in place after tensioning of the banding around the cladding or insulation materials.
Wing Seals are manufactured from Stainless Steel grade SS304, SS316, SS316L in standard size 13 mm, 19 mm, 25 mm in thickness typically in 0.5 mm, 0.6mm. Other sizes and thickness available on request
The Seals are typically packed in bags and cardboard boxes.
Our Inspection Plugs / Seals are designed and manufactured in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) programs on insulated and non-insulated pipes and vessels. These Inspection Plugs consists of an elastomer sleeve and a metal cap with handle, lanyard and locking ring. They are easy to remove & reuse.
Inspection Windows are manufactured in Stainless Steel in 2.5 Inch, 3 Inch and 5 Inch sizes. Other sizes are available on request.
Contraction / Mity Springs are used in conjunction with metal banding. By affixing to the banding they enable the banding to compress. They are used to secure the insulation over insulated piping, tanks and vessels. Metal banding or strapping is slipped through and back over the slots on one end of the flat bottom of the spring. Strapping is secured with a 3/4 Inch wing seal. Banding is extended around the object, or to the next spring, and the routine is repeated until the entire circumference has been encircled.
Contraction or Mity Springs are manufactured in standard size in Stainless Steel grade SS0304, SS316, SS316L.
Expansion Springs are used in conjunction with metal banding also referred to as Breather springs or Chill springs. By affixing to the banding they allow the banding to expand and contract where required. These are widely used over metal jacketing for oil and gas pipework.
Expansion springs are designed for 19mm (3/4 Inch) banding simply attached to banding/¬strapping with stainless steel wing seals. The banding is slipped through the seal and then through the spaced opening at either end of the spring.
Expansion springs are manufactured in standard size of 2 Inch (50 mm) and 4 Inch (100 mm) in Stainless Steel grade SS304, SS 316, and SS316L. Other sizes available on request
Self-Locking Round Bevelled Washers are used in conjunction with weld pins, insulation anchors and lacing anchors to fasten insulation in place.
The washers are manufactured in Stainless Steel to fit different pin diameters.
