Product Description
Gas holder contains of 3 main parts: external membrane, bottom membrane and inner membrane. The external membrane is always sustaining a positive pressure to maintain the shape and protecting the system against i.e. storm or bad weather. The internal membrane is used for the effective storage of biogas, and it is always floating up and down according to the filling level of the biogas storage. The bottom membrane seals the storage upon the foundation to ensure gas tightness.
An overpressure protection device (hydraulic safety valve) is provided to prevent overpressure at emergency case. Antifreeze can be added to the water sealing for working during cold weather.
Stainless steel rails and Hilti Anchors are used for fast and efficient installation.
MEMBRANE
Biogas membrane is made of basic fabrics plus special PVC/PVDF coating with flame retardant, fungicide and UV- protection functions.
The external membrane always requires a high strength and high self-cleaning function. The internal membrane and bottom membrane require very good biogas tightness, and remaining chemical-inert from the main components of the biogas i.e. H2S and CH4. The strength of the membranes range is between 4,000 N/5cm and 9,000 N/5cm, which can be chosen according to wind load and snow load calculation.
When biogas generated from an anaerobic fermentation unit, especially at medium or high temperature, it will carry a large amount of H2S.
With the combined action of water and H2S in the biogas, it will accelerate the corrosion and clogging of metal pipes, valves and flow meters.
In addition, SO2 will be generated after H2S combustion and it will form� sulfurous acid when� combining with the water vapor in the air, which will cause corrosion on the metal surface of the equipment, and also causes pollution to the atmospheric environment and affects human health.
Therefore, H2S in biogas must be removed before it is used.
Product description:
Glass fused to steel tank is made of enamelled steel plate, special sealing material, self-locking bolt and other materials.
The thickness of enamelled steel plate can reach 20 mm; the thickness of common steel plate in stock is 3-8 mm. After pickling, alkali washing, sanding and other pretreatment processes, the oily, rusty with oxide skin surface of steel plate can be cleaned. Then after 900 high temperatures secondary enamel in the electric furnace, 0.3mm enamel coating is applied on the inner and outer sides of the steel plate. There is a strong binding force between enamel coating and steel plate.
Enamelled coating can not only prevent tank corrosion, but also resist strong acid and alkali. And it has a strong anti-wear property.
