How Molecular Distillation Works?
Under ideal condition, getting the liquid mixture flowing through the heating plate to heat, light and heavy molecules will escape from liquid level, and enter into the gas phase. Due to the light and heavy molecular free path is different, after different material molecules escape from the liquid level, their moving distance is different. If set up a cold condenser plate properly, then light molecules reach condensation plate be condensing exhaust, and heavy molecules cant reach condensation plate, the exhaust along with the mixture liquid. In this way, the purpose of material separation is achieved.

Product characteristics:
1. Operating at a temperature far below the boiling point of the material, and with a short residence time of the material, is conducive to the separation of high boiling point, heat sensitive and oxidizable materials.
2. Effective removal of substances in liquids, such as organic solvents and odors, is a very effective method for liquid desolution after solvent extraction.
3. The volatile products can be selected to remove other impurities. More than two substances can be separated simultaneously by multi-stage separation.
4. Distillation has a high vacuum, which can reach below 0.1 pa. It can obtain a high vacuum inside. Molecular distillation is usually carried out at very low pressure.
The material is not easily oxidized and damaged by operation.
5. Distillation liquid film is thin, heat transfer efficiency is high, the film thickness is less than 0.5 mm.
6. Molecular distillation can separate substances which are not easily separated by conventional methods.
