Our forging branch factory can work sleeve products, flange products, ring products, profiled forgings and kinds of lift hook forgings with carbon constructional steel, tool steel, roller-bearing steel, spring steel and different alloy steel etc. Our main equipments are kinds of heavy free forging water press and free forging hammer with different tonnage. The biggest forgings from us are ++1500 ring, ++1000 flange and ++500 x 17000 shaft.
There are controlled-atmosphere heat treatment production line and kinds of smelting electric furnace in our heat treatment branch factory. In this case, quenching, annealing, tempering, hardening and tempering, heat treatment etc. can be fulfilled here. We can also execute the mechnical property, chemical composition and kinds of flaw detection through precise inspection method.
