5. Buyer returns signed SPA
6. Seller issues PI and shares Previous BL Copy, Video in the name of Buyer Company
7. Buyer opens non-operational LC
8. Seller will submits copy of shipping documents to make the LC operational.
9. LC payment releases after original shipping documents and SGS inspection report at destination port is submitted bank to bank.
