CORRUGATED METAL GASKET COVERED WITH GRAPHITE OR PTFE LAYER
Corrugated metal gasket (CMG) consists of a metal core with concentric grooves on both sides and coated with expanded graphite, PTFE layer or non-asbestos plate.
Corrugated metal gasket with soft layer on both sides is used for low pressure applications in large diameter flue gas ducts at high temperature. In addition, corrugated metal gasket is a versatile sealing element when bolt loads are low.Unlike other materials and structures, it can be very resilient.
What's more, corrugated metal gasket directly replaces spiral wound gasket and eliminates inward buckling issues while creating a seal at moderate flange stresses.

FLEXIBLE GRAPHITE GASKET HIGH QUALITY SEALING MATERIAL
Flexible graphite gaske is also called expanded graphite gasket. It consists of a pure exfoliated flake material and contains no binder or filler.
In addition, the amount of carbon present in the sheet is a key determinant of its flexibility: the higher the percentage of carbon present, the more flexible the sheet. Flexible graphite gasket contains a carbon content of between 95 percent and 99.9 percent. What's more, it has good corrosion, high/low temperature and high pressure resistance performance. All these make it a critical sealing solution for some applications. Such as pipes, valves and pumps.

COPPER GASKETS WITH GOOD JOINTING AND SEALING PERFORMANCE
Metallic Gasket are commonly known as oxygen-free copper solid copper gasket. They are stamped from 1/4 hard, high purity, oxygen free copper stock.
The design of the gasket is an object used to seal the joint between two surfaces or objects in order to prevent leaks, corrosion or contamination in a system where the two objects being joined are not perfectly matched. In addition, copper is a very soft metal. This means it can provide a cushion or support between objects or parts in the system.
What's more, copper gaskets have good jointing and sealing performance which makes them widely used on engines and flanges.

SPIRAL WOUND GASKET OFFERS HIGH COMPRESSIBILITY AND RECOVERY
Spiral Wound Gasket is composed of a steel outer ring, a spiral wound sealing strip filler and a special steel inner ring. It is created by winding alternating strips of metal and filler material.
https://www.forseall.com/
Outer guide ring is fitted to centralise the gasket between the bolts and to act as a compression limiter. Inner ring is fitted to reduce the gap between the inside diameter of the gasket and the bore of the flange.
It is widely used in moderate to critical services in various industries. They are most suitable for the gaskets subject to extreme temperature or pressure cycling, shock or vibration. These gaskets have the best resistance property when compare with other metal and asbestos type gaskets.
TYPES
Centering gasket (Style CG). Utilizes an external ring which accurately centers gasket on flange face. It provide an additional radial strength to prevent the gasket blow-out and acts as a compression stop. A general purpose gasket suitable for both flat face and raised face flanges.
Centering gasket with inner ring (Style CGI). This style is similar to style CG, but it additionally consists of an inner ring. The outer ring is used for centering and the internal ring used as an additional compression limiting stop. The internal ring also serves as a barrier to protect the gasket from heat and corrosion.
Reinforced spiral wound gasket (Style R). It is a basic configuration of spiral wound gasket. The Inner and outer diameters are reinforced with several plies of metal without filler to give greater stability and better compression and sealing characteristics.
Reinforced inner ring spiral wound gasket (Style RIR). This style of the gasket, the solid inner metal ring acts as a compression stop and fills the annular space between flange bore and the inside diameter of the gasket. It is designed to prevent accumulation of solids, reduce turbulent flow of process fluids and minimize erosion at flange faces.

MATERIALS TYPES
Virgin Teflon gaskets. Virgin Teflon gaskets are produced directly from pure material. They are used in the majority of general applications due to the most cost-effective type of PTFE material and possessing the greatest physical and electrical insulation properties.
Filled Teflon gaskets. Filled Teflon gaskets are made from virgin PTFE material with an added substance to improve their sealing properties. The gaskets materials exhibit strong physical characteristics, the strength can be altered depending on the type of filler that is used to enhance the material.
Expanded Teflon gaskets. Expanded Teflon gaskets are produced through virgin PTFE being expanded in a manner that creats uniform tension strength across the material. This process results in a PTFE material that carries no structural weakness and more flexible. They also exhibit the unique chemical resistant properties of virgin PTFE due to the fact that no additives are added.

OIL SEAL OPTIMAL FLUID SEALING PERFORMANCE
Oil Seal normally consists of three basic components: the rubber sealing element, the metal insert (case) and the garter spring. The purpose of the sealing element is to stop the fluid from leaking between the shaft and housing. The metal insert will give rigidity and strength to the seal while it is being held in the bore or recessed groove. The garter spring will help make the rubber sealing element more effective.
In precision bearings, oil seal helps prevent lubricants from escaping the bearings or a specific area. In machine components, oil seal helps prevent abrasives, corrosive moisture and other harmful contaminants from entering machinery. It also helps stop mixture of two different mediums, such as lubricating oil and water.

ALL-RUBBER V SEAL USED ON THE SHAFTS
V seal is a solid all-rubber seal. The function of V seal is to exclude dust, dirt, water, oil splash or other aggressive contaminants from entering into the bearing housing while retaining grease.
V seal is used on shafts. It works by stretching over the shaft to create a tight seal along the shaft while the flexible lip seals lightly against the counterface at a right angle to the shaft.
In addition, V seal acts as flinger, since it rotates with the shaft and causes the lip to rotate against the housing or bearing. And as the speed increases, friction decreases due to centripetal force.
What' more, V seal can be utilized as either a primary or backup seal and perform an excellent sealing job.
AVAILABLE TYPES
V seal has four available types, namely VA, VS, VE and VL.

Due to perpendicular rear face, intermediate cross-section and wide ranges of diameters, VA seal is the most popular V seal design.

PTFE SEALING TAPE HELPING TO SEAL THE JOINT WITHOUT HARDENING
PTFE Sealing Tape is a Teflon film tape commonly used in plumbing for sealing pipe threads. The tape is sold cut to specific widths and wound on a spool, making it easy to wind around pipe threads.
It has an expanded network composed of superfine fibers and joints. The combination of flexibility, high longitudinal strength, and easy deforming ability in the transverse direction makes expanded PTFE unsintered tape very suitable for packing and thread sealing applications.
It is widely used by plumbers for General Water Plumbing applications.
TYPES
White PTFE sealing tape. (Suitable for low pressure, air, water and hydraulic applications. Particularly suited for plastic fittings.)
Yellow PTFE sealing tape. (It is designed and manufactured for natural gas, propane, butane, water, oil and chemical lines.)
Pink PTFE sealing tape. (Suitable for water lines, sewage lines and sprinkler systems.)
Green PTFE sealing tape. (Extra processing makes this degreased tape suitable for Oxygen use.)

PTFE Packing With Chemical Resistance And Low Friction CoefficienT
PTFE packing or Teflon packing is a braided packing made of high purity PTFE (poly tetrafluoroethylene) yarn without soaking any PTFE dispersion and lubrication. PTFE packing is a kind of self-lubricating, chemical inert, non-toxic and non-hazardous material.
In addition, PTFE is called "king of plastic" and causes no pollution to the medium or liquid. More importantly, PTFE is known for its outstanding resistance to chemical attack, low friction coefficient, low water absorption and wide temperature tolerance (including cryogenic applications).
Due to the above advantages, PTFE packing is widely used in chemical processing, food processing and pharmacy.
