CHOCOLATE TEMPERING MACHINES
The model range consists of the machines with capacity 250
kg/h, 500 kg/h, 750 kg/h, 1000 kg/h and 1500 kg/h. Designed
for tempering of chocolate masses on the basis of cocoa
butter or fats-equivalents for production of confectionery
products in the composition of the production lines.
The machine presents in itself the disk heat exchanger
of the continuous type. The standard version of the
machine includes three independent tempering zones and
additional zone used to keep the specified temperature
in the feeding pipe. The machines with a capacity starting
from 500 kg/h have an additional zone to stabilize the
temperature of the product before the beginning of the
tempering process.
Heat exchange efficiency and proper organization of
the tempering process, plus a large experience in the
production of these machines give 100% quality result,
which allows to achieve short cooling time, a glossy finish
products, good texture of chocolate, crisp break, long
preservation of quality.
Proper cooling of chocolate products gives glossy surface, taste and long shelf life.
Our model range consists of variety of cooling tunnels with standard belt width 420, 620, 820, 1050, 1300 and 1500 mm. The length of the tunnel is performed refrigeration based on customer requirements.
Excellent quality of product cooling provided high accuracy of the temperature in the tunnel and the presence of three temperature cooling zones.
The presence of different modes of cooling products such as convection, static and combined gives you the opportunity to work with any product, and modular design - high flexibility of the cooling tunnel and, if necessary, change the length in the future.
Application of modern refrigeration units from European manufacturers allows to obtain high efficiency and economy.
Ability to execution as a standard installation with the use of refrigeration compressor and the evaporator inside the tunnel, and execution from an external source of cold water. The customer can choose the most convenient for him execution and location of units to obtain the most optimal and cost-effective operation of cooling tunnel.
In a special execution cooling tunnels can be of any width and conveyor equipped with a conveyor belt or conveyor wiremeshtransporter, modular belt, chains and others.

Tanks for melting and storage of chocolate mass or compound in standard execution have the following sizes: 50 L, 250 L, 500 L, 1000 L, 2000 L, 3000 L, 5000 L.
Tanks are completely made of AISI 304 and are with conical bottom, water jacketed and thermally insulated.
Standard tanks are equipped with a frame stirrer, independent heating with circulation pump, automatic temperature control and product mass level control by load cells. On the exit of the piping there is a water jacketed filter. The pump, scrappers and vibration sieve can be installed optionally.
