Following procedures:
1. Buyer's issues I.C.P.O with Bank data top 50 World
2. Seller's issues F.C.O
3. Buyer return signed and stamped copy of F.C.O with I.C.P.O + BCL
4. Seller issues Draft Contract for acceptance. Contract goes through normal negotiations and validation period.
5. Buyer returns the Draft Contract by exchanging e-mail attachment, duly signed and sealed within 48 hours, the Draft will deemed legal until hard copies are exchanged.
6. Within 3 banking days Buyer's bank issues SBLC.
7. Within 7 days Seller issues POP to Buyer.
8. The delivery and forwarding begin immediately according to the contract.
9. Visits and inspection only in the Warehouse.
