Seller upon due diligence issues Sales and Purchase Agreement.
Buyer and seller sign Sales and Purchase Agreement.
Seller issue Proforma Invoice for Trial Quantity.
Buyer issues LC at sight for Trial volume as per the proforma Invoice.
Seller loads the cargo, provides full POP documents. vessel said to POD.
Buyer conduct SGS at discharge port and seller draws from the LC.
Seller discharge the cargo into Buyer's shore tanks.
Buyer open SBLC / IRDLC for12 months.
Seller issue 2% PB.

Fidalgo Group Maxtex HONGKONG did a complete recce of Malaysia's River Sand exports. Whilest, Malaysia various sand mining regions such as Kuantan, Johor , Kuala Lampur , Perak etc & 15 meetings with various business owners , agents & government officals it is concluded that only 1 Company is currently allowed to export River Sand from Malaysia . This company is owned by the King/ Sultan of Kuantan & is the only legal permit holder for the export of River Sand from Kuantan region.
The quality of Sand from Kuantan Mines is appropriate & suitable for construction and plastering purposes. Currently the sand is being exported from these mines to South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Brunei , China, India , Maldives & Mauritius.
Our goal is to satisfy the ever growing demand of Infrastructure development by providing top quality River sand.
As we all know, river sand mining is completely remain banned across all states in India & China , importing international river sand is the only & cheapest source to provide for this important catalyst of infra development.
