Procedure for Brazil origin sugar ICUMSA-45.
Buyer issues ICPO with BCL/any valid pof.
If without BCL/POF seller will do due diligence and if suppose he received the negative comment about the buyer then he will not go ahead.
Seller issues SPA, both party have to sign the spa in 24-72hrs time.
Once the spa signed seller will issue the Proforma invoice,
Then buyer should issue the Instrument to the seller in 5 -7 banking days (LC should be Irrevocable Transferable Confirmed & Operative L/C at sight. Then seller will give you 2%Pb in 2-7 banking days as per the contract, (2%PB for 12 month contracts only)
Then shipment will commence as per the contract.
