1.Automatic switchover of system
Switch the pump at low liquid level and add the grease automatically. The grease supply time and pause interval can be set according to the requirement. The system can interlock with the host equipment
2.Intelligent fault diagnosis
The system can diagnose the faults of each distributor. With the warning function for low liquid level, the system can indicate the fault type (blockage, through, leakage, getting stuck, broken) The fault database accumulated for several years can be used for reference.
3.Remote monitoring
Suit and satisfy the need of the modern factoryâ??s automatic production. Truly inflect the grease supply state of each lube point, making the equipment management personnel know fairly well. 1.AK04 Monitors
The AK04 monitor adopt the ECU LCD monitoring system, featuring intelligent fault diagnosis and display and CAN vehicle interface. The intelligent temperature control sensing patent technology breaks through the technical bottleneck of the application in alpine and frozen regions.
2.Single line distributor
With single line distributor, the lubrication system pressure is from the mainline directly, the flexible grease discharge pressure is more than one time higher than the unloading distributor. The grease discharge pressure can expand higher or lower according to the customerâ??s requirement. Stable performance, long service life, easy maintenance and replacement, and low cost.
3.ARP60 Series lubrication pumps
It can pump the grease NLGI 0 all year around. The pioneering stirring technology systematically solves the grease deterioration caused by long-term accumulation. The high-performance low speed machine and the low-noise lubrication gear pump match reasonably, effectively extend the service life for two to four times. The patent technology of the flooding safety device can make sure the equipment works well in the low land with water.

The al82/al102 series lubrication system consists of high-pressure plunger pump, grease distributor, cycling indicator and monitor. Al82 series suits for the machinery with fewer greasing points; al102 series is appropriate for the machinery with more greasing points.

Working principles
The lcd monitor controls the plunger pump for periodic running. When the system works, the monitor drives the grease pump for outputing grease. After entering the grease tube, the grease is supplied to each lubrication points successively through the progressive distributor according to the specified sequence.

Working Principles
The working process of the Suplub-W lubrication system contains three steps:
Step I: When the pause interval ends, the intelligent controller firstly sends start signal, and then the high-pressure lubrication pump starts and the grease is conveyed to the main grease line. When the grease pressure reaches the setting value, the intelligent controller successively opens the points that need grease, and the grease is injected to the points after accurately measuring according to the needs.
Step II: After all the points are lubricated, the intelligent controller sends waste grease recovery signal, and the waste grease suction & draining device starts to recover the waste grease.
Step III: After the waste grease recovery finishes, the intelligent controller sends stop signal to each actuator, the high-pressure lubrication pump stops and the lubrication system enters the next pause period.
