Sweet corn also called sugar corn, dent corn and pole corn is a variety of maize with a high sugar content. Sweet corn is the result of a naturally occurring recessive mutation in the genes which control conversion of sugar to starch inside the endosperm of the corn kernel. Unlike field corn varieties, which are harvested when the kernels are dry and mature (dent stage), sweet corn is picked when immature (milk stage) and prepared and eaten as a vegetable, rather than a grain.

Cinnamon
Cinnamon is an evergreen tree which is small and bushy. Dried leaves of cinnamon, along with its dried inner bark are used all over the world as a spice or condiment. It has a pleasing fragrance and a warm, sweet and aromatic taste.
The bark of the tree is thick, smooth and light or dark brownish in colour. The inner bark is obtained from carefully selected shoots. It is then cured and dried. While drying, the bark shrinks and curls into a cylinder or quill.
DRIED CHILI
Information
The red chilli is special condiment that adds pungency and color to the food. With having certain medicinal properties, it also possess some vitamins like A,C,E and P. The chillies also have some homeopathic properties. The chillies are carefully chosen to enhance the delicacy of the dishes and can retain aroma for longer period of time.

Star Anise
The Latin name for the Star anise plant is Illicium verum.The fruit of the Star anise tree looks an eight to twelve pointed star. Star anise can either be used whole, and removed prior to serving the dish, or finely ground, and added with any other herbs and spices called for in a recipe. Purchase Star anise, either finely ground, or in its whole form from the grocery store. Whole Star anise seed pods, which are up to 1 1/4 inches across, can be ground in a coffee grinder, or by using a mortar and pestle.
Our star anise is the best anise in the world which is grown in the northern provinces of Vietnam and Lang Son is the most famous one.

Salted chili is produced from fresh chili at the same day of harvesting. After harvesting, fresh chili is delivered immediately to the factory for salting in order to keep typical color and taste of chili.
