The combination of water, soil, climate, and temperature create Cilembu sweet potato that has higher natural sugar which is suitable not only for everyone but also for people with special dietary requirements.
It's called honey sweet potato because the natural sugar inside the sweet potato is caramelized when it's baked thus creating the honey-like texture on its skin when it's ready to eat.
The organic variant of this sweet potato is also available although the production is not as much as the regular one.
Both are grown in the same location.
