Industrial GPRS data collection device for digital signals of industrial systems and pulse signals of residential meters
Cost-effective, C-rail mountable industrial modem for receiving digital signals and collecting pulse signals of residential meters.
The modem is capable of continuously counting the pulse signals of up to 4 meter systems.
The device transmits the calculated input signal values through Modbus TCP protocol to query servers Modbus TCP.
The queries of the data sets are performed periodically (e.g. in every 15 minutes) depending on the server value set.
When it has to receive signals from more than 4 devices, we suggest using the M2M IO/RS485 CONCENTRATOR® which has 32 input lines.
In this case the device requests the concentrator input counter status through the modems RS485 interface, and fowards the received Modbus RTU reply through Modbus TCP protocol to query the servers Modbus TCP.
The modem can initiate queries through its RS485 interface towards several concentrators input lines.
Furthermore, the modem can switch external devices (optionally) with the help of its 2 relay outputs.

Scalable, smart street lighting switcher with remote control and NB-IoT (Narrow-Band) Cat.M1 & LTE-M access
Cost-effective smart modem with lighting monitoring, remote and central switching control of street lighting units (street lamps).
Using a switch box and smart metering router â?? as one device.
The device is capable of receiving the P1 customer interface data of the WM-E3S electricity metering modems. Also counts switches and the amount of lighting hours, using daylight saving time â?? according to the current time zone.
The device is connecting via Narrow-Band mobile network â?? via OSLP protocol â?? to the server through secure authentication and it serves relay switch requests.
The lighting switch can be initiated remotely from the head-end centre, on-demand or in scheduled intervals (according the current daylight savi
ng). It provides reports from the daily events (immediately/pre-defined intervals â?? due to the local event storage feature).
Secure and future-proof solution, which offers reliable and efficient services due to central monitoring, control. Low investment solution, while decrease the outages, saving cost (optimize the lightin operation hours). You donâ??t need to mess with routers, control boxes anymore â?? maintain a clear and simple smart grid!
