The strength of the sack is its most important characteristic. It is what makes
the sack stand out compared to other industrial sacks. The reason is the fabric, woven of
polypropylene stretched tapes, which makes the sack resistant to dropping, pressing and
bending. Even when handled with a hook or damaged on a nail the sack does not rip open
and spill holds its contents.

number of sacks broken or damaged during use to a
minimum.

the goods - ensures perfect protection of your valuable packed
material.
No Spillage
As a result, the sack survives even rough local
handling conditions. Minimum sacks damage or breakage during
filling, conveying, loading and transport.
Water resistant
Withstanding water and humidity, the sack keeps its full strength in all conditions - even
when lying on damp ground, exposed to rain or to high air humidity. Made from water-
resistant polypropylene, the sack is not affected by any form of moisture, unlike paper.
This does not mean that sack is always completely watertight. In some
applications the sack has to be produced with micro-perforations to give it the necessary
air permeability.
UV degradable
The sack is made from polypropylene, which is broken down by UV when
exposed to sun for a long time.

One and two loop FIBC's are less complicated and more economical in comparison with the four loop FIBC's. They are produced from tubular body fabrics to obtain a higher breaking strength within the fabric.
The top lifting points are wrapped with sleeves which can be manufactured in different colours for ease of product identification. Coloured sleeves also make the lifting points highly visible for truck operators enabling easy handling of the bags by either a hook or a fork.
The most commonly used design is uncoated with an open top and a PE liner. Coated designs are also available with spouted tops. Base designs vary greatly depending on the application; these include square, star or a single seam. Discharge spouts can be added, to the square base design only. For a manual filling application, bags are press bailed and packed on pallets.
Bags can also be wound on rolls to be used on automatic filling stations if required.
To protect bulk products like plastic resins, minerals, loaded directly into containers or trucks whenever shipment in standard bulk trucks is not suitable, container liner is used. Container liners are designed to smooth the process of the carriage of loose dry bulk cargo in standard freight containers.

Special design is constructed utilising inner baffles which help maintain the cubic form once the FIBC has been filled.
These baffles are manufactured specifically to allow the material to flow into the corners of the bag. Within this design mechanism and because of the cubic shape of the bag, it requires less storage space and can reduce transportation costs upto 30% in comparison with a standard big bag.
Specially designed net baffle, enable low flow products to flow directly to the corners of the formed bag. Unique compared to formed bag baffle design with holes, the horizontally knitted yarns provide extra sift proof and load securement during stacking.
