Brown fused alumina slag-fesi
During fusion process of brown fused alumina, the iron and metal content(mainly ferro and silicon)settle at the bottom of the arc furnace because of their higher density. After cooling down, it seperated from brown fused alumina whose content is aluminium oxide(al2o3). We select the settled metal part, crush and grade it into grains suitable for various industrial purposes. Its main content is ferro and silicon and can replace some fesi. We call it brown fused alumina-fesi. So the manufacturing process of brown fused alumina slag fesi is different from normal fesi.

Because silicon is easy to react chemically with oxygen to become silicon oxide, it is used as deoxidizer in steel making industry. Silicon oxide(sio2) also produce a lot of heat, so can improve the temperature of steel. Fesi is also widely used in low alloy structural steel, spring steel, bearing steel, heat resistant steel etc. Its ferro content is typically 76%-80% and silicon content 13%-17%. Sizes can be made according to customer quest, common sizes are 0-10mm, 0-25mm etc.

Applications of brown fused alumina slag-fesi

Because of its hardness, it's used for sand blasting, rust removal, cleaning, polishing etc.
Deoxidizer in steel making industry to improve strength, hardness and density of steel.
Used as inoculant to help graphite precipitation
Used as reducing agent in steel alloy industry.

Pink fused aluminium oxide
Pink fused alumina, also called pink fused aluminium oxide, chromium aluminum oxide, abbreviated as "pa", belongs to the group of artificial corundum. It's made from fusion of high purity alumina powder and chromium oxide in electric arc furnace. Because of its chrome content, it's a pink color material. Its main content is aluminium oxide(al2o3), with little content(about 0.7% chromium oxide and about 0.3% sodium oxide(na2o). Pink fused aluminium oxide is a hard, tough, self-sharpening, low magnetic, coarse grits, pure and clean abrasive material. Compared to white fused aluminium oxide, it has similar hardness, while better strength and cutting side. It's widely used in production of vitrified grinding wheel, resinoid grinding wheel, cutting discs, grinding head and other abrasive tools, also for sandblasting abrasvies, polishing, free grinding, cutting etc.

Abrasives black fused aluminium oxide
Black fused alumina, also called black fused aluminium oxide, black aluminum oxide, is a black color artificial corundum for abrasives. It's made of fusion of bauxite and reducing agent in electric arc furnace. Black fused aluminium oxide has certain content of ferro oxide and silicon oxide, which make it looks black. Black fused aluminium oxde has moderate hardness, less heat during abrasives, good strength and can be used for sand blasting, polishing, grinding of stainless steel and other non-metal surfaces. It can also be used for production of grinding wheel and cutting wheels.

White fused alumina for refractories
White fused alumina is made from redused fusion of high purity alumina powder whose content is aluminium oxide(al2o3). It has very high refractory temperature, acid and alkali corrosion resistant, stable in chemical content, high true gravity/density, low porosity rate, thermal shock resistant. It's an excellent corundum aluminium oxide refractory material. White fused alumina refractory grades is an important high end material for production of shaped and unshaped refractory products.
