IMPROVE SURFACE FINISH AND MINIMIZE VOIDS WITH BACK PRESSURE:
Use a board that will completely cover the mold opening. Using a drill bit, drill 3 holes in the board spaced a few inches / cm apart. Make sure that, when the board is placed over the mold opening, the holes are over the mold cavity and rising foam will be able to make it through. Apply Ease Release 200 thoroughly too both sides of the board and into the drilled holes. Mix and pour foam into mold cavity and place board over mold opening. Hold board firmly in place. As foam rises in the mold cavity, some foam will grow out of the drilled holes. After the foam stops growing, you can let go of the board. Do not demold for at least 20 minutes.

APPLICATION:
It is suitable for the production of precise dental crown, dental fixed bridge, dentures, and articulation registration and takes the mold of ** tissue
USAGE INSTRUCTION:
1. Under the room temperature, take the same amount of base component (blue) and catalyst component (white).
2. Mix the two components together.It is recommended to use the blue spoon to take the base component and white spoon to take catalyst component.
3. Use your fingertips to mix the two components together and knead for at least 30 seconds until they are mixed completely.
4. Close the lid immediately after usage, the cover can not be interchanged.
MAIN FEATURE:
1. Good plasticity, small volume incorporation rate, it needs only 3-5min to vulcanize into elastomer at high temperature, very easy to remove from the mouth after the stamp, and has good chemical stability.
2. High accuracy of mold impression, capability of reproducing the fine structure of the mouth, with good elastic recovery, and good tear strength and dimensional stability, it can provide accurate and reliable morphological basis for clinical dentistry.
3. It has compatibility with almost all model materials, reusable for a period of time and can be sterilized.
PRECAUTIONS:
1. Do not use natural rubber gloves. It is recommended to use disposable polyethylene plastic gloves.
2. The product contains platinum catalyst, sulfur, phosphorus, amine, etc. will slow down or even stop the curing reaction, and thus it must avoid sulfur, phosphorus, amine, acrylic and meth acrylic acid esters and other chemical products in use.
3. Close the lid tightly and immediately after use, keep it in cool place, and be refrigerated in summer.
4. The temperature has a significant impact on the curing time; the curing reaction will slow down at low temperature, and speed up at high temperature curing speed. It should adjust operation rhythm according to the environment and the finger temperature.
5. It is strictly recommended to use the same amount of base and catalyst. Unequal amount will lead to delayed or accelerated cure.

LIQUID RTV-2 SHOE MOLD SILICONE RUBBER USING INSTRUCTION:
The component A of shoe Mold Silicone Rubber is white flowing liquid and the component B is the curing agent. For example, take silicone rubber of 100g and add 2% curing agent for mixing evenly. After the silicone rubber and the curing agent are completely mixed, put the silicon into a vacuum machine for deairing to remove the bubbles. After deaired, pouring the liquid silicone rubber into the product to be duplicated or into the mold frame.
LIQUID RTV-2 SHOE MOLD SILICONE RUBBER NOTES:
Shoe mold silicone rubber is used for pouring or brushing technique. That is to say, fix the product or sole model to be duplicated onto a plane plate, then enclose the plane frame with wooden plates to prevent the leakage of the silicon , mix the silicone rubber and the curing agent evenly according to the mixing ratio of 100 : 2 and pour them onto the sole model, then brush evenly with a wooden plate or a brush, and fill up the mold frame with gypsum after the silicone rubber is dried.
