Jaw Crusher is widely used aggregate crusher to crush all kinds of materials with a compressive strength lower than 320MPa in mining,metallurgy,public road,railway,hydropower and many other industries.The basic structure of a jaw crusher generally includes seven parts such as driving medium,rack,the jaw plate and side rack ,flywheel,lubrication device,adjusting device and the reset spring.
The main structure of the Jaw Crusher are composed of stander, eccentric shaft, belt pulley, flywheel, movable jaw plate, wrist plate ,adjustable gap screw, offsetting spring, fixed jaw plate. The wrist plate also has the effect of guarding.
This Jaw Crusher's crushing style is the type of driving extrusion. The motor drives the belt and belt pulley to make the moveable jaw move through the eccentric shaft. When movable jaw is rising ,the included angle between the wrist plate and movable jaw becomes bigger to drive the movable plate to be close to the movable plate. At the same time the material is squeezed and rubbed, rolled to achieve multiple crushing;
When movable jaw is descending, the included angle between the wrist plate and movable jaw becomes smaller. Now the crushed material is discharged from the crushing cavity, with the continuous rotation of the motor, the movable jaw crushing and discharging the material periodically to realize batch production.
Roll crusher is generally used as small crushing machine which can be used for crushing materials with medium hardness such as coal, building material and wear-resistant materials, and it has excellent crushing effect on building material and coal. This machine also can be called double roll crusher or teeth roll crusher. Roll crusher is commonly used in the cement, chemical industry, electricity, metallurgy, building materials, refractory material and other industries. Roller crusher mainly crushes materials with medium hardness such as chalk, slag, coke, coal and so on. The double roll crusher is composed by roller, roller supporting bearing, compacting device, adjusting device and the driving device.
Roll crusher can also be called roller crusher. It is composed of two rollers rotating with opposite direction. Materials go into the space between the two rollers from the upper part and then will be squeezed and crushed by the two rollers, and crushed materials will be discharged from the bottom of the machine. The space between the two crushing rollers can be flexibly adjusted to produce products with different fineness.
There are two cylindrical rollers horizontally installing on mutually parallel racks, where one of the roller bearing is movable and the other roller bearing is fixed. Driven by electric motor, the two rollers do opposite rotation, which produces downward acting force to crush materials between two crushing rollers; broken materials that are in line with the required size are pushed out by roller and discharged from the discharging port.
