Wick coating machine.
The function of a wick and tab assembling equipment is to cut the waxed wick into lengths and fasten wicks to metal sustainers. The machine is automatic. Wick feed, crimp, and cut are all done in one operation. When there is a shortage of wick and tab, the machine stops automatically. The maximum production speed: 120 pcs/minute, and maximum length of wick is 200 mm.
We design and manufacture candle pressing machines. A candle pressing machine presses wax powder into tealight, votive, floater, or pillar candles. Compared to a traditional candle molding machine, a pressing machineis automatic, and much faster in production speed. Our ZCHL18 tealight rotary press is able to produce as many as 30000 tealights per hour. Besides, a candle pressing machine is more flexible than a candle molding machine. Our candle pressing machine can make tealight, votive, floaters and pillars in different size and shape by changing molds. Since the molds of common candle molding machines are welded to the machine frame.
